Return and Refund Policy

At Vireo Energy LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and digital services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

  • Services that have not yet been delivered, scheduled, or substantially performed are eligible for a full refund.

  • If a consulting session has already been completed, or if digital deliverables have been provided, refunds may not be available.

  • Partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for partially delivered services.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions

  • Delivered reports, analyses, or advisory materials

  • Custom research, strategic recommendations, or personalized consulting work already initiated or completed

  • Any service explicitly identified as non-refundable at the time of purchase

How to Request a Refund

Refund Review Process

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellations

  • Scheduled consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

European Union Customers

If you are purchasing from the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law. However, by purchasing digital services that begin immediately or within the cancellation period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal rights may be limited once service delivery has commenced.
